Excellent service. The place is clean and hygienic. The staff here is very friendly and patient enough to prepare a perfect sub of your choice. Visited couple of times and always had same pleasant experience. Place worth marking as favorite! One tip for veggie patty lovers. The veggie patties are always on demand and gets finished soon. If you plan to have it, it’s good to call the location and confirm/ hold as needed before visiting. The staff is very prompt in answering calls and giving you right picture after checking.

The clerk Kathleen was very unfriendly to start with. I ordered a dbl chicken chopped salad & a large diet. Once I had told her what I wanted in the salad she started to box it up. I asked if she was going to put it in a bowl to chop it up. She told me they don't do that. I also asked for lo-cal Italian dressing. She told me they didn't have that. While she was looking for a fork to give me she found the dressing, but no fork. She told me she could give me a spoon. I walk to another restaurant two doors down while my friend waited with our food and got a fork. When I came back I opened the container and realized the chicken needed to be cut. I asked for a knife, and was told there were NO knifes.This type of service is beyond unacceptable. Definitely will/have shared my experience with everyone about this location.

The current manager, an elderly lady named Sue (June 2013), is an AWFUL human being! My brother has high-functioning autism. He can drive a car, does very well in school, he's just a little slow when it comes to communicating and making menu decisions. So he calls me in distress telling me this lady won't make him the sandwich I asked him to pick me up while he was there to eat. "They don't serve them after 11am." He says. Me and my dad both hear this and know it isn't true because we always go there and they always serve those sandwiches after those times, even if it's just a buck more. She eventually makes the sandwich after hassling my brother and he brings it home to me. I open the toasted sandwich and it's BURNT! VERY VERY BURNT! I mean aren't those things on timers? Why would she give my brother a burnt sandwich? Did she think she could get away with it because he was "slow?" So by now I'm pissed and I drive back to the Subway with the receipt and burnt sandwich to show them. Sue was nowhere to be seen and probably hiding in the back based on how the other employees kept looking at the door. I explained the situation and expressed my distress on how my brother was treated. Luckily a nice, younger lady named Brittany serviced me and remade my sandwich and explained to me that she rang my brother up and that Sue made my brother's sandwiches. This is how I figured out the MANAGER was the one that gave my brother the hard time and burnt his food without care. Brittany was very understanding and explained that Sue made some rude remarks to her about my brother being slow and dumb and how it bothered her. Brittany tried to explain to Sue that he might be mentally impaired and to be patient. So now I am furious with this establishment! How can a manager outright discriminate against an autistic person? This is unacceptable and I'm glad that at least one person was there to make it right. Sue you are a disgusting human being and should be fired!
