I showed up looking to purchase a camaro. I was greeted walking in the door by Coby, salesman. He did an awesome job getting me financed. The whole process was fast and easy. It only seemed to take about 2 hours. Only issue I have is a hopefully minor mechanical problem. If the service side is as smooth as the sales side, peltier is who I highly recommend for purchasing a vehicle. Thank you to everyone involved.

Took my Malibu in for transmission flush. Quoted $300. Willing to pay extra for professional, dependable dealer service. However, I was not informed of a $26.59 "shop charge" that had been tacked on when I picked it up. This felt underhanded. I was told it came with a complementary multi-point inspection and alignment check report. This was not provided despite multiple requests. Also, the vehicle was not washed as offered when I dropped it off. Not the professional service I was expecting.

There are distancing practices ongoing, I have seen employees sanitizing chairs and touched areas. The employees wear masks, and they are suggested for visitors. The restrooms are clean as well as the interior of the dealership.

In my suggestion to you would be to take your paperwork and go to the finance manager at peltier Chevrolet. And have him sit in front of you and put in all of the required information so he can get it done for you should take no more than 10 days to receive your check
You can buy extended warranty but the warranty is like 35,000 miles.
I don't know if the dealership specifically has a return policy, but the state of Texas only requires them to take it back if it falls under the lemon law. You should be able to call and find out directly from Peltier.
Decent credit for one will be desirable, my score was in the mid 600s(fair/good?) Proof of income also.

Took truck two weeks ago with brakes grinding and was sent home , said they were fine . A werk ago my brakes almost locked up and back rotors were destroyed. Didbt even check back pads. Now its been in shop four days and finally looked at it yesterday after being told be rite on it and didnt even order parts. I had my mechanic put pads on to get it to them. I have bought 2 3500 diesls a 2500 and a bmw since 2015 And this probably will be my last . I own a business and have spent three days just traveling back and forth to dealership total and two weeks of agrivation. Then had to insidt on loaner car that was filthy.
