I really don't think T-Mobile is this bad, I think and hope it's just this store. But seriously, DO NOT go to this T-Mobile. For anything. The amount of times they've deliberately lied to me and the amount of money they would have cost me had T-Mobile's (extremely helpful and kind) customer service rep's not fixed it is just ridiculous. They've told me the JUMP program is that you pay 50% of the phone and get the trade-in value towards another device, and used it as a means to convince me to drop $750 on a Galaxy I didn't want so I could "trade it in for a free iPhone". After I bought an iPhone under the SPECIFIC pretense that it would come with iOS 9 and NOT iOS 11 and they reassured me of this multiple times, I turn the iPhone on within an hour to find, oh, no, it's iOS 11, and even though I'd only be returning it (again, within an HOUR) because THEY gave me false information, I have to cough up $75 as a "restocking fee"... and those are just the worst two things. And after both I was all but told to go screw myself and that it must actually be my fault. T-Mobile customer service has ALWAYS fixed it so I really think this is just the people in this store on some sort of commission thirst-trap, but for gods sake, there's another T-Mobile less than a 5 minute drive farther down the road. Save yourself the headache, take away the commission they lie through their teeth to get from you, and go to that one.

bought an iphone 7 plus, I had to change it three times And then I bought a Revvl ,had it only one day and it was horrible. I bring it back to the store, they told me when I bought it, that there's a 14 day return/refund policy but what they don't tell you is that there's a $50 restocking fee. and if you exchange for the same phone $5 fee. And if I wanted a total different phone a $20 fee. They don't tell you everything you need to know before making a purchase.They get you no matter what. I believe they are selling refurbished phones. After I payed for my phone, one of the salesman came to the counter and asked to see my box, he took out the sin card and walked away. I asked him why you taking something that I paid for. He thought because I was using my old sin card he could take the new one, and the other salesman did't put my box and receipt for a case that I bought for the phone in the bag. unprofessional and very dishonest. I called the 800# and they sent me another phone to a different location to pick up. I don't trust them and I would never go back to that store

Corpus and other employees were knowledgeable and love what they do. There was a bit of a wait but the store was well staffed and acknowledged us when we came in. Corpus took care of everything in one transaction and made sure we were good to go. He also explained what he was doing as he went along.
