Great experience! Gary was so helpful. The only thing that was a little tough was waiting for the vehicle and not knowing what day it would come in, due to the car shortage which clearly is a problem everywhere, not just with Chevy. So far I love the car, it’s my first Chevy and I’m happy with the purchase.

Overall a poor non-buying experience from a family of loyal Chevrolet customers. Upon arriving, the experience felt very transactional. I felt like a sheep being herded as opposed to a consultant who is advising. No formal introductions were exchanged. To me, the sales person saw dollar signs and it felt very impersonal - which quickly builds distrust and hesitancy (as it should with most consumers). I will explore other dealerships who I can build a working relationship with. I’m not buying a Big Mac from McDonalds; this is a multi year purchase that needs to be handled appropriately and fairly. For those reading this, please remain diligent when transacting with these type of businesses.

Kudos, especially for your Service Advisor, Wendell Jordan! I had set up an appointment for service on our GMC pick-up for next Tuesday, the 22nd - then, I got an opportunity offered to go to Virginia, to visit with my daughter and her family ... but I would have to leave on Sunday, the 20th. I called, and Wendell not only listened to my tale of woe, but "made magic"! Somehow, he managed to work us into the schedule, and our vehicle was serviced yesterday! I am not only forever grateful, but will make certain I share with others the great job he did - thank you, Wendell Jordan!! And now, I have to get packing - I'm off to Virginia on Sunday!!
