First off.. they have a great selections and decent prices. My biggest issue was not just the staff but also the customers. No one was friendly, with the exception of the cashier. I believe his name was Christian. I walked in here expecting a smaller store than what it was. The selection was bigger than what I was use to so I took my time looking at everything. I was approached by a staff member who asked if I needed help. I told him that I was just looking at all the varieties. He insisted on helping me. He had many recommendations on vodka but based on his body language and lack of effort to smile it was obvious that he didn't really want to help me. Which was super annoying because I didn't really need his help, he was the one who volunteered his services. I go to get in line, I'm not really paying attention around me because I wasn't in a hurry. A lady walks up and we are both getting ready to check out. I'm in the line and she has created her own line where there isn't one. When people do this I assume they must be in a bigger hurry than me. She only has a couple singles of liquor so I offer to go first. She just stares at me. So I told her it was fine, I'm not in a hurry and we both got there at the same time so it's not a big deal. She then says "No we didn't. You're already in line. You go ahead" with an attitude, no friendly tone. I go to the cashier and as I'm checking out a gentlemen who seemed to work there is talking to this lady and clearly taking sides as if it's necessary and laughs about my comment saying him and I didn't get there at the same time because he had been there since opening. Obviously he knew her and she must be a regular. I felt extremely uncomfortable and have never been treated so poorly by staff members and customers at the same time. I always try to be polite and friendly, I don't have an RBF so it's not like I could be accused of a nasty look. I'll never come back to this location. It's unfortunate given the selection and pricing. I only gave them 2 stars for the cashier and the store itself.
