I know corporate won’t care or see this, but at least I am hoping their rating will drop to 1 star. From check in process to checking back out it is horrible all the way around.

Checked in at 8:45am for 9:00am appointment and got unloaded at 10:45am. They won’t let you check in early so try to get there 15 minutes before your appointment time.

Worst place to deliver a load they took 5 hours to pull 5 pallets came here at 1 am payed lumping fee at 5:28 am still waiting on paper works 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 A big no to this place .

Very nice people all around! I was running 24 hours behind due to maintenance issue. The system reset my appointment for 5 days later! Very nice lady in receiving reset it for next day, so I wouldn't have to sit 5 days in temperatures of 100F and higher. After reading reviews mentioning long unloading times, I was ready for it and got a really good nap. Drivers can park on Touchmark St. Check in after 2 AM. Once assigned a door, back into it and lumper service comes out to get paperwork. When they are done, they send link by text where one can pay with credit card, fleet fuel card, or express code. Then the lumper service brings out paperwork. I absolutely love that I didn't have to run around from receiving to lumpers and stand in lines. Will definitely come here again. Pleasure to do business with such professional, courteous people!
