We are new in town, and brought both vehicles in on two different occasions for nails or something wrong with a tire.. Both times there was no charges and turn around time was good! Definitely very pleased!

Dropped off an ATV to get new tires mounted as soon as they opened last Saturday. I gave them my number and leave. Finally, I ended up going by there on Wednesday to check on the status because three times calling resulted in no answer. It was complete, and just sitting in the open bay. I do not see how they keep the doors open with that kind of customer service.

We've done all our tire and car maintenance work with Gateway for years. They are always professional, polite and helpful. Many times they have fixed something simple with no charge and done excellent work on everything we've taken our cars in for.

Won't get anymore of my business. Was asked if I was going to wait? Should have said yes. Told it would be 2 hours, took 5 hours for a lawnmower tire repair. Cost my business a lot more money than the $30 I had to pay for the repair. Not even an apology.
