I was a loyal customer. However after today I’m not coming back; the eyebrows lady was so sloppy and in a hurry- pretty much left one eyebrow ticker than the other so I had to come back a second time, just for her to give me such an attitude; she literally slammed my head against the chair..

I don't know what the charge is for the pedi. I went there for a few months for the full gel on my nails paying 30$ Thereafter 20$ for refills except when I'd ask for a new set, in that case it was 30$ for taking old tips off, replacing with new tips with full gel. For taking off and just getting a manicure w/gel polish I paid 30$. Sounds like 43$ for pedi alone. I'm assuming that was too much? They do post their charges or tell you if you ask before they start. 73$ sounds a lot, especially if you weren't satisfied with the work.
