From the moment of our first meeting, Cristi was extremely professional. She asked questions about and listened carefully to our vision for the remodel and redesign of our home. Cristi then came up a mid-century modern design that was not only beautiful, but also functional enough to stand up to our two basset hounds! Cristi was very attentive throughout the entire process. She responded to quickly to our (many, many) emails and texts! Cristi provided multiple options for each design element, from wall paint and furniture, to artwork and fixtures. She always managed to find high-quality products at incredibly reasonable prices! Cristi even oversaw all the shipping and delivery details to ensure “white glove” delivery and installation of all our décor. After running into several construction issues with our general contractor, Cristi, without hesitation, liaised with the construction personnel to ensure all construction issues were corrected to our satisfaction.
