Amazing deep tissue/hot stone massage. I sort of had an emergency because my body has been feeling very inflamed. My massage therapist made sure a couple times that I was comfortable with the pressure level. Really focused on the areas I’m having trouble with. I will be back. Thank you so much! I feel so much better and really needed that massage!!

I love a good deep tissue massage and this was the best!! Yes, you can hear music and voices from the mall, but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

I do not recommend going here for a massage. I got a massage here back in March and it seriously injured my back. The massage therapist was pressing very hard on my spine and back and I am still unable to return to my daily exercise. I have gone to the orthopaedist and physical therapy and it has been a very slow healing process. I even asked the therapist to go lighter but by then he had already injured me. Please be aware of this, I do not think they are certified massage therapists and they are not trained properly.

Massage: Pleasing at the time, however the next day I had serious spinal pain. My wife, who got the same massage as me that day, also experienced a high level of pain the day after. It is now 2 days later and I am in constant pain, even when sitting or lying down, and am having difficulty moving in certain directions. I am an active and fit person and don't experience back problems. I later read elsewhere that the employees are not certified massage therapists, which I fully believe based on my severe pain and in comparing their massage techniques to that of a trained professional, whom I have seen many times in the past. Employees: Very nice, although there is difficulty in communication due to the lack of English. I appreciate how hard it is to learn a new language and don't expect perfect English everywhere I go, but we spent a lot of time trying to figure out payment and other minor things during our visit to the point that it was a burden. Ambience: Spa music plays in the background but you can easily hear all the typical mall sounds as the shop is not well insulated from sound. The footsteps of the employees on wood floors is also distracting during the massage. I am using other massage services as a reference for what I typically expect at a massage service provider. Summary: Just from the fact that I am in serious pain (will likely take at least a week to subside) and that I can't find proof that the employees are not massage therapy certified, I simply cannot recommend this company's services. I could accept the other flaws, and even if the massage was sub-par, but I can't suggest an establishment to someone knowing that it could result in pain similar to that which I am experiencing.
