We have been here several times. It is on a wonderful stretch of the beautiful Columbia River. The hostess was young and cute but the thought she was entitled. She was awful. The service was poor. The bread was stale. The drinks were warm. It took forever to get anything. This place has seen much better days. It needs a new manager!

The restaurant has absolutely TERRIBLE service. We had a very rude waitress, when we asked questions on the menu she said she wasnt an expert and to read the menu to get answers. We ordered a glass of wine and when we asked for a refill she refused and said when we finished the sip we had left she could bring one, if that is restaurant guideline we would understand except she made no effort to explain and when we finished the wine and asked again she took 10 minutes to bring the second glass and she was upset about it, did not replace the glass and poured from a separate glass with such rude manners she spilled it on a new sweatshirt. Will NEVER return and I would caution anyone visiting that the service is just not good

The property is beautiful! Not much going on during the spring. We tried to explore in the evening after dinner but staff acted like we were inconveniencing them. Website stated cabin was open till 10pm on a Saturday night and the person working there treated us rudely and told us he was closing. Saw him sitting at the bar in the restaurant back at the hotel shortly after. It was 9:30pm on a Saturday night and everything was shutting down. Not worth the experience expensive rate for sure. Driven by many times and was looking forward to staying but disappointed for sure. Hidden rooms were pretty cool.

The hotel was a fun and quirky place to stay for the evening. It's location next to the river is beautiful and would be a fun place to take the whole family in the summer. The staff was friendly and efficient. The problem was the food. How does it happen that when fish n' chips are ordered, there is an extra $3 charge for the fries? A few teeny pieces of fish were somewhere in the bland and gluey seafood fettuccine. Breakfast the next morning was a real mistake. The french toast was dipped in UNCOOKED OATMEAL and then fried! It was like eating rocks. Next time we will bring our own food and enjoy the surroundings.

It depends on the time of year, mid week vs weekend, and room type but about $120-160/night.
Yes, there are meeting rooms available for events.
There are bar sections 21+ but there's plenty of space for kids
We just walked In. We were seated outside though. Oct 12. Menu was limited. Service was spotty but they were super busy. The waitress was very kind. They have blankets and propane heaters available outside.
Yes there are 2 one on the third floor and one on the fourth floor. Also there is a secret room inside the secret room
They will currently make dining room reservations if you're staying at the hotel, not otherwise.
The train does not stop in this town.
I'm not sure of count but the ones we saw were very nice and staff was excellent . Well recommended. Beautiful views of the river and sip traffic
You'll need to call them and ask someone there.
It was built on port of Kalama land. MCmenamins is leasing the land from the port
Yes! Kalama Harbor Lodge is open 365 days a year!
3 wonderful whimsical bar/restaurant/lounges...who'd want to stay in your room?
I would go with no. However, cool thing, there are two hidden rooms and a roof top eating area.
If you are docking your boat at the public dock at the far south end of the marina it is less than 40 yards once you get to the top of the ramp.
There is a public dock in the marina on a first come, first serve basis. Not large. Only meant for a couple smaller watercraft.
Yes. Pets are allowed, there is a fee for pets spending the night in the room.
They serve restaurant style on the first floor unless a special event is going on.
Its in the works, but there are permitting issues because of the traffic.
It's a little Satellite bar in the shape of a cabin it's very unique
Yes they open today april 20th 2018
