I was referred by a new Primary Md to see a female at thispractice. Then this femail doctor no longer works here and get a call from their office that they have to cancel my appointment and get back to me to reschedule. They never call me back and it appears on My Chart as if I cancelled or missed appointment????

Made appointment for colonoscopy. Called office day before to say hospital did not tell me time. Frankford Jefferson said someone would call. They never did. Finally after 45 minutes trying to get through to office they blamed hospital and acted like they could care less

Folks, even zero stars is too much for this joke of an operation. This place, along with it's affiliated Grant Surgicenter, is a total circus, complete with clowns! They don't believe the patient, they give you incomplete instructions that omit key steps, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, they utilize high-pressure tactics and have no regard for patient privacy. Medicine has become a business. We're no longer patients, we're customers. No one deserves this practice. It might be conveniently located in the northeast, but that's where their pluses end. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business to a professional operation.
