Really gone down hill since the owner is trying to "make the place better", what she's really doing is harassing those who have been there for years and pay rent and keep the loud ones that she knows personally. She'll tell you "no trailers, pets, driving on the lawn", which would be fine if she held everyone to those standards. Which she doesn't. She picks and chooses who to harass and who to let slide based solely on how much they benefit her personally. So a typical slum lord. Avoid at all costs. It's not worth the cheap rent.

Seems to be looking better all the time...easy in and out of court. Situated well in Lexington for West Side Hwy and I-5 corridor.

Clean, kid frendly, mostly young familys, with a few old cogers thrown in for color. Has speed bumps, to slow traffic and DIRECT water from Roadways. Entrance is at end of BOB'S LIL CAR HOSPITAL PARKING LOT, TOWARDS RIVER. QUIET AREA, MINI MART, PIZZA, AND HARDWARE STORES ACROSS THE STREET. With Paint and other business in the area. Exceptionly nice public park just down the road. Cowlitz County SHERRIFF'S, and Washington State Patrol do the Law Enforcement.

Questions & Answers

Can you have wood stove for heat

Its my understanding, no wood stove is allowed in mobil homes. A room has to be built ajoining the trailer, but outside of it. I would go to the fire dept. And ask about their rules on stoves, pipeing for the stack, distance from walls, and what covering can be used under the stove. You can be closer to the wall by using thin 12 (Check for requirements) gauge panels Mounted to the stove. Fresh air is required for the stove, air picked up, thru a seperate system with dedicated piping running to the stove from outside. I would recomend a magnetic temp. Gague wired to the stack. If things get out of control it won't fall to the floor, and start a fire

Do you have long term rentals here?
