2 stars for a factory defect not being their fault, but learn how to empathize and communicate with customers for gods sake you're in a customer service industry! I own a restaurant and if there was a steak I sold with a vein popping out of it, or whatever mistake came from the butcher, I'd comp their meal, or at the very least offer them a discount on their next visit. Not treat them like they're lying and question their addictions which should be PRIVATE. This guy literally started judging me by how much I vape and asking personal questions surrounding the subject. So informal, unprofessional and rude. Save yourself from judgment and go to the across the street competitor. Much nicer, cleaner store too.

Always friendly, knowledgeable and quick. My GO-TO Vape Shop. So many vape shops are full of the douchy vape bro type. This place is warm friendly and has a great selection. Check it out for your vaping needs.

Great store. It's hard to find the right kind of juice sometimes. I have very picky tastes. They had lots of sample bottles they let me smell to see if the juice was like my favorite. I left with a very good juice. I would highly recommend this store. Really great customer service in a time where it's almost non existent. Thanks guys. Will definitely be back. And soon.
