Came in with a cellphone picture and Esto made it happen. Esto went above and beyond what I was expecting. The shop and everyone are top notch professionals. After seeing my tattoo my wife made a appointment to get her own tattoo. We will be coming back for more tattoos. Stop by and check this shop out you won't be sorry. I thought I found a great tattoo artist but I was very wrong. Unfortunately Heidi’s customer service is not it. Great work but bad customer service. It really sucks. Usually an artist confirms tattoos appts and they never did that. I’m interested in an artist who loves what they do and is professional about everything. Didn’t really get that from them. :/
