Well Franz bought put alpicella and Seattle bread. The sourdough is no longer made with a good sourdough starter, it's vinegar. No real substance of sourdough taste anymore. Shame big companies ruin things for profit and ease..

Our Franz Bakery is the friendliest. Bonnie is manager and very nice. Prices are better than grocery stores.

No, we don't have any gluten free sourdough bread. We do have several varieties of gluten free products to choose from. Let us know if you have any other questions.
It is one of their seasonal loaves but have no fear it comes back every year. A fellow Franz enthusiast.
If it Franz brand product they most likely have it. Call them
They are relocating to five mile & fairview. The date is not set yet, but don't worry they're not closing.
Wednesdays and Saturdays are senior discount days. Mondays are special rack days (some 2/$1 or 3/$2). Tuesdays are free sample days and different specials. 😊
Not exactly...however the Day Old store (or Franz Bakery Outlet) on Benjamin has the equivalent. Soft, plush, moist, white bread is in the form of Hawaiian Sliced White bread which b l o w s away Wonder from a quality of ingredients standpoint. There is a massive selection of everything from Gluten Free bread, rolls and buns...to artisan bagels, English muffins and our all time favorite...the Loaded Blueberry Strussle bread (available in Peach Strudel, Apple Pie and other incredible flavors) which no toddler - or toddler's mother can resist when made into French Toast! The best part is everything's on sale, marked-down cheaper then any time you see it in Freddies or Albertsons and if you purchase $10 of products you get free product like the sliced Hawaiian bread!
