I was sent to the wrong department to get an item and was redirected to the correct department. I was also looking for Matchbox cars and sports cards and all I found were empty shelves. I did find a good book to buy.

I am here almost every week buying something I need. Whether it's food. Cat food. Other items, Or getting meds at CVS. Most times it's ok.. pharmacy is great. Starbucks too. But Target could use some help.. instead of following me..to actually pester the ones shoplifting..eating food.. putting back on shelves..Stuff is everywhere most times. And I've even seen employees put back milk and other items that were sitting out! That's why I've gotten bad milk at times! Throw it away! Employees need to be trained how to handle bananas so they don't bruise. Also to help the disabled more. And listen when they say not to OVER pack the bags..Nobody listens..or put chemicals with food..chips with cat food. Pop with bread.. and the security could do more than just stare at their phones. Step it up Target..I like shopping here but same thing gets old .

To provide some context, I have worked at Target for nearly 6 years - and I have to say our experience at this one was beyond subpar. We made the mistake of going here during the holiday season (albeit that is no excuse). We had to ask three individuals to help us locate an item. The first employee said he did not know where the item was, which is fine - that's why they carry around walkies. I asked him to page a team member to see if anyone else knew, but was met with a refusal to help. Upon the initial failure to assist, we found another team member to ask -- I said, "Excuse me.. would you be able to help us locate an item"? To which he responds, "no, I'm going to break". They did not even offer to assist us in finding another person to help! Anyway, a big Shout-Out and Thank You to the two individuals who finally helped us find what we needed. If I were an "undercover" individual from corporate, I'd say... Houston, we have a problem. Thanks for reading my Google review.

Store was well stocked especially the kids clothing section. Christmas section was in the process of being fully stocked. Employees were preparing for Black Friday. Cashier was super helpful with assisting me to use my Target Circle app and find coupons.
