My wife and I were there 15 days ago to upgrade our phones the lady that helped us said we had 1 month if we were not happy with them to return them. My wife is happy with her phone me however was not 15 days after ordering the phone ( they did not have them in stock ) I took mine back ( unused ) and was told by another associate that I was 1 day late on being able to return the phone for a bigger storage phone. I have been with att since they bought Cingular wireless. 36 months can not get here fast enough with that kind of customer service I may have to go elsewhere that will not lie to me when going into a 3 year contract. I would have given 0 stars if I could

The manager, an Asian, was not helpful. One couple walked out and they were going to upgrade both phones. He just walked around and kept going to the back. He asked if we were on the list. I waited about an hour.The sales rep was awesome once I was able to meet with her.

They did when I was there. You would've best to call and be sure they haven't sold out.
You can call and do it yourself, if pressed by convience. Although it may be easier on the brain to take it down there and let them set all the background settings that need to be right.
Yes I believe they have a kiosk in the Anderson SC Clemson Blvd. Store that you can use to pay your bill.
