Firebird Raceway is a really good place to watch a race, there isn't a bad seat at the track. We went to watch the Street Outlaws NPK event in August and we had a great time. We stayed at the track in the camping area with our travel trailer. There wasn't any hook ups, but we had a generator for extra power. The camping area was kinda cramped in but most RV parks are the same way. We will definitely do it again next year. The track employees are all great. Really nice informative staff. The pit area was set up really good with the ability to get up close to the cars and the drivers. We sat or stood in about 6 different areas to watch the race and all had great views. Next to the starting line was really cool, you feel the power of the cars as they took off for their race. Although the cars sound awesome, ear plugs are definitely a good idea. We where able to stay at the venue for the entire weekend not having to leave for anything. There was good food and beer for a fair price. We would definitely recommend this track and event to friends and family. I can't wait to go back next year

You should bring one for concession stands and shopping but you don't have to wear one when you're watching the race as long as you're practicing social distance.
there are few locations where you can sit on chairs but none of them allow you to back the pickup up there is parking to the South and in the North West end there's parking for pits and camp trailers.
You can definitely bring food in your car. Not sure you can bring it to your seat. Definitely water is ok, the track is not going to want anyone getting sick.

The more expensive "Pit side" gets you access to the pits so you can walk freely and see the cars up close, and see them in the staging lane as they approach the start line. You are about 20ft further back from the actual drag lanes than "tower side". "Tower side" is cheaper and gets you about 20 feet closer to the drag lanes, but no access to anything special. Concessions serving beer, food, and merchandise are available on both sides, although slightly more options available on "Pit side". Hopefully this is helpful!

They end when the last cars go. The time frame is just an estimate. If there are wrecks or oil on the track it can take a long time to fix. Of course you can leave when ever you like. Usually the very last thing is an exposition like a wheel stander or rocket cars.
The next race will be the 26th through the 29th of April or the 3rd through the 6th of May 2018 would be my guess until I get the new schedule
