Only rated 3 star for the fact that it takes long for a load, to be fair if it's not ready ur going to wait but on the other hand if it's ready then no problem, staff is friendly no complaints there, all in all I like this place

Horrible place to pick up. Dispatch called ahead of time to see if load was ready since I had 3 pick ups and only needed 1 pallet from them. They told him it would be done before noon. I arrived at 10 am. Checked in and went back to my truck. At 1230 pm I walked into receiving office to ask for eta. The lady at the desk informed me they don't do that there and tried to shut the window on my face. I kept talking and said my dispatch was told noon and I need to update dispatch on a eta and that i am only picking up 1 pallet. She opened the window back up and informed me she knows it's only 1 pallet and they haven't started working on it. I repeated it back and said they aren't working on it and she informed me they schedule the loads and she doesn't know when they will work on it. It's a fcfs facility...
