In regards to our working relationship with Total Property Management and Evergreen Landscape & Sprinklers, Inc., I can say we are fortunate to be able to service their needs. The entire office is always professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

I rented for 4 years from TPM and they never let me down. Always made repairs asap and never asked questions. Only raised my rent once in 4 years. The staff were great to work with. I would highly recommend TPM.
