So there was an impressive amount of problems with the apartment when I moved in. Thousands of little dead bugs in the fridge (I do mean thousands, it was black), pee on the bathroom walls, food on the walls in the kitchen. The woman giving me the keys kept apologizing and saying she had never seen something in such a state. Well, I cleaned it even though I was 7 months pregnant and was quite upset. When we went to move out because we got our house they refused to give me my deposit. I left that apartment spotless and is was horrid when I moved in. (This doesn't include the drug deals and other problems.) After all the disgusting things I had to put up with they kept my deposit and said the lady who showed me the apartment when I moved in 4 months prior wasn't working there so they couldn't validate the condition when I moved in.
