This place is a complete Joke. First off, they don't bother to tell you ahead of time that they are Forcing people to wear those useless masks to enter, yet they conveniently charge you a dollar if you don't bring one. They will also argue that they tell all of their patients even when there are more than 1 person complaining about not being warned ahead of time. They also don't bother to warn you that you will have a large co-pay and will not see you unless you have it at the time of the visit. The girl at the front desk and the billing manager both speak to you in a very condescending way. I would not recommend this office to Anyone.

Incompetent staff asking over and over and over to fill out all personal information related to an error on their part. Even after resolving the problem myself, every time I go in they ask for the same info again. When I finally refused to fill out the same forms I filled out thirty days earlier they refused to fulfill a scheduled appointment for follow up on surgery they performed. Even the doctor, Dr. Wilson refused to see me over information I already provided. Incompetent staff and unprofessional conduct by the doctor. This is a common theme with other patients that I personally observed. Do your self a favor and avoid this circus.

Dr.Kim is horrible. Been going to the center for 8 years...he is horrible...going elsewhere

Had A appointment to day my doctor is no longer there. So I got Dr. Kim . Never in my life have I ever been treated the way I was this morning. He informed me if I am just coming for pills to go back to my pcp. I have been a patient for 6 years . To they wanted me to book appoint for two month. I ask if I could see a different doctor I have to go threw him. He also told me it was my responsibility to get my records . He said there was no records in my chart . So bottom line he has no bedside manner. I was crying when I left the office. He has no compassion for the pattience. He also said he is a md . The doctor I saw was a pa and they don’t know anything. Well never go back to that office again.
