Office is in disarray along with staff who is completely rude to patients.The "Dr." Questioned my MRI results and imaging showing cancer of the spine.MRI imaging doesn't lie.It is factual.So if you are in severe pain,do not go to Las Vegas pain Institute.I went there in 2013,and had the same experience.I thought I would give them another try,wich was a waste of time and money.5 hours of waiting in their office to see the "Dr."I even had to leave and have lunch,because the "Dr." was not there and at another location.When I returned,had to wait another hour or more before he showed up.Other patients who were waiting and complaining were experiencing the same thing,waiting for many hours.After a 5 minute discussion of my MRI,I stood up and walked out,never ever to return to this "practice".Please don't bother wasting your precious time and money here,you will be very disappointed that you did.

Very poor organization. I had been visiting the office on Horizon and was contacted the day before my next scheduled appointment and was told I need to go to an office on Nellis and far from my home because the Doctor does not accept Workers Comp any longer, upon arrival at Nellis I was told that my records had not been forwarded and I will have an exceptionally long wait. My bad back due to 36 years in the Fire service will not allow me to sit and wait for for several hours to be seen. I recommend going elsewhere for care.

What's the point of making an appointment if you won't get seen for over an hour(after being taken into the back)?
