I walked in today to do an exchange for my wife and they were not helpful at all, and it’s not that they were so busy. Customer service personnel just walked me to the aisle and walked away. I had to figure out the product from their website while standing in their shop when customer service personnel were free and idling. I will go somewhere else another time.

Great place to find your beauty needs. i was visiting Roseville for the week and needed to get some foundation. I browsed through the store and Sheryl came up to see if I needed anything. She was very helpful and gave me some good information on how to pick my foundation. She was easy to talk to and friendly. I was able to grab the foundation I needed and a few other fun items. Thank you Sheryl for the help!!

Better Rewards program than Sephora. Download the app because you get exclusive discounts and coupons. Also, if the store doesn't have the product in stock, they can order it for you at the cash register and ship it to you for free. Clinique and Lancôme (and probably more brands...) offer a free color match and free sample of their foundation. One stop shop, I buy all my makeup, skincare, hair care and fragrance here. Save a bunch of rewards points and used them towards a large purchase which made my total just a few dollars. Definitely coming back!
