I got there at 6:40 pm, and even though their hours said open until 7 pm, nobody was there. Not to mention it looked and felt like a slasher movie set. That's cool and all for Halloween, but I needed to rent a truck so I could move. Sorry about their luck, I guess, because I went somewhere else.

Considering that I didn't have to react with a human being because it was a weekend, this wasn't an altogether bad experience. As an old guy with fat fingers navigating the cell app was a bit cumbersome but all in all picked up the truck I wanted, after hours and dropped it off with a minimal amount of difficulty. I'm sure if I did this regularly it would have been a lot easier.
