Prompt service, excellent staff, and leadership!!! In particular, the store manager Joanne S. was astounding. I upgraded my cell phone device through the AT&T website, experienced delivery challenges, and tried to exchange the device. I contacted AT&T customer service multiple times and spoke with the mobility department, the back office department, AT&T chat, and Enjoy (a third-party contractor to deliver devices to AT&T customers). Before going to 15896 S. Lagrange Rd location, I went to another nearby At &T corporate store and authorized dealer. On both visits, the staff and management redirected to call customer service. Joanne understood my frustration and was attentive and patient. Most importantly, she took the time in my presence to research and try and resolve the issue. Joanne is the sole factor I will consider continuing to do business with AT&T. I would encourage customers to select this location.
