Good fast food but the drive thru still takes a long time.

They gave me a lettuce wrapped burger that was wrapped in a single thin slimy wilted piece of lettuce. It was like they didn't even look at it at all. I hate to be hard on restaurant workers but I can never go back there.

It's an extremely poorly ran Carl's. I will also never return!! They need to hire a manager older than 17 to oversee the evening operations
Did you see the line ? And did you go in that's on you basiaclly. People dont understand that's Carl's isnt like McDonalds and other store the team is 4-5 people max at a shift 2 in front 2 in the back and a shiftleader not always will we be able to keep up with orders coming in . Also theres a Jack's and mc Donald's down the street if I seen the line I would of left easy
