This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. Absolutely awful service. Our truck broke down in Bolivar and we had it towed by A&J and also repaired by them. After being in the shop nearly 3 weeks we went to pick it up and waited 4 hours until they told us it wasn’t going to be done. We had to drive back the next day to pick it up. After arriving and trying to pay they still weren’t done with it and when we told them we just wanted the truck they informed us they didn’t take credit cards. This would’ve been helpful information since we were driving from East of Springfield. The General Manager told me this repair job was an inconvenience for him. I handed over $1600 for an incomplete job and was told I was an inconvenience. Terrible service, terrible shop. Don’t waste your time.
