I apologize for the inconvenience Roger, we try to keep the phone on us at all times. Nixa is staffed M-F 12-7. Springfield is staffed M-F 7-7. Please try either location.

Yes, both locations have an assisted pull up / dip machine.
I pay $35 a month and that include to my wife but I also got in before the rate change. I think it's $35 for the first person in ten or fifteen dollars for an additional person if you're a couple really awesome great gym and it's a no judgement Place everybody's welcome big guys little people everybody helps each other out I've worked out all different kinds of places and this is the best one I've ever found
