Owners are good people. My moms rent is $350 a month double wide, but she's been there for 30 years so it might be more for new comers
There are three or four I think that are for sale by private sellers but in order to get that information you would have to drive around the trailer park because for some reason the front office does not have that information. My wife and I were looking at a couple in there but found a pretty nice place out here in Milan Indiana
The best way to find a trailer for sale is to just drive through and look for the for sales signs

They dont open until 10:00. In the morning sometimes to get an answer 2weeks just depends it is a nice place been here for 4 years we love it.Got a pool little park for kids and a dog park also.Hope this helps

They don't rent mobile Homes. You have yo own and rent the lot.
No its a dirt bick place to rid or a jeep or four wheelers it's a park like that it's so you can ride they've got a lot of trails for you to ride on
