Take it as a sign. Don't move here. Very poor management. My mom is living with me, because they have poor maintenance. Her heat wasn't working and they gave her a space heater. Due to the heat not working the pipes froze then blew. The management placed all the blame on my mom. Didn't even give her a place to stay when her pipes blew. She moved out in less than 6 months, because of the poor management; and they expected her to stay there without running water.

There is a park manager that lives on site. I think its trailer number 13. Her name is sheila. Her husband name is jack. If the park is full there is another trailer park across the street and there is a few real nice apartment complex in sharonville.
