Purchased a spa, felt like I made a better Decision by with going with ASAP so I canceled.my order with Watsons. Regreating my decision because after I paid treatment is a different story.. When they delivered the spa my cover was broken and the steps were not the right color. Basically got told I would not get the right color steps because they did not have black. And my cover was broke they said they would replace. Multiple calls months later and still nothing and many times no return calls. Same for service,' Update 12/17 Brian Debrosse did call me and send me an email with an update. Greatly appreciated! 8/14/22 UPDATE nothing more than broken promises. Multiple emails and calls but no delivery of replacement.

Purchased our hot tub in December and was delivered within the timeline originally promised. Brian was helpful and knowledgeable and so was the delivery crew.

We bought our hot tub in 10/19. We really like it although we wish the control panel had a covering so it wasn’t exposed to elements. We enjoy the hot tub but are frustrated in trying to reach someone at the Cincinnati office to talk with and to ask a question if we have one. The Middletown office does answer but they will refer us to Cincinnati if they can’t help us. I always get a recording and when I leave a message, I do not get a call back. I called today at 10:00 am and the recording said they were helping other customers. I’ve called twice since, always leaving a message with my number. It’s been an hour this time and I haven’t heard anything yet. I’ll post when I do hear from them.
