Terrible said one hour took two and a half hours and never got my food. Then they lied said I ordered contactless I literally waited outside and he never even arrived I’m just gona assume he was to lazy to actually search for my apartment instead he drops it to some random persons house tf

Twice the delivery driver went the wrong direction and took 30-40 minutes to drive 8 minutes. This last time I ordered pasta and it had something in it that was not supposed to be there. It broke apart like a little clump of dirt. I don’t want to think on what it was. I spat out in the trash and had to wash my mouth out. Never again! I’m done with this location.

So we ordered online only to not get what we ordered the “manager” was no help when I called back told me it was my fault for not checking the boxes as we left. And the pizza is cold SMH

Michelle always remembers my name and gets my order with a smile, despite dealing with outrageously rude customers like the one before me. Y’all don’t get enough credit. Also my pizza looked just fine, not sure what’s up with other reviewers shaking up the box and taking a picture to cause drama.
