I found myself with a plumbing emergency last week Wednesday, and was surprised to find that mid-September is a super busy time for plumbing professionals. I phoned several companies, and Roto-Rooter offered the earliest appointment (Thursday) so I scheduled with them. The fates showed me favor because while scheduling, they had a cancellation for later that afternoon. Even better, their after-hours emergency plumber, David, decided to come in early that day so I got a call back advising he could be at our house before noon! I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but the scheduler was both friendly and sympathetic. David was super nice and professional as well. He explained everything and started with the least invasive options. We were back up and flowing within 2 hours, and he cleaned up well before leaving. He also gave us some solid advice regarding how to best avoid future issues. I also think it’s worth noting that one of the other highly rated companies I called recommended I go with Roto-Rooter since they didn’t have any availability before Friday. I would definitely use them again and would recommend without hesitation.

When it rains it pours... I had roto-rooter out multiple times this year for small and large plumbing issues. Garbage disposal broke, toilet broke, then a drain pipe backed up in the laundry room. Their service was always fast and friendly. When I had the major water leak they had a team of staff out the next day to mitigate and tear things out to prevent any mold or other damage. Johnny was super friendly and walked me through everything from start to finish. Chase and Morgan even came out on the weekend to make sure everything was still drying things correctly. Those two were really amazing and very polite. Brittney in the billing dept helped me work with my insurance company to take care of everything. She was there to help me with any questions or concerns I had about the process. I would highly recommend Roto-rooter for big and small jobs.
