Bad experience with Logan store service and attitude very poor. Tried to charge a deposit when deductible was already met . Scooter broke and they would not bring a replacement unless we paid $50 fee. The one bright spot was CS manger in home office straightened out the original issue and apologized . After the second issue with them wanting to charge $50 to come trade their broken scooter I decided to leave this review.

Our clerk was very helpful but you didn’t have what we needed.(support sock in the size needed)We didn’t like that we couldn’t pick up our C-pap supplies without ordering from the resupply department. But the lift Chiar we purchased will be great!

Yes, I buy my cannulas through CVS Pharmacy's site. They're less expensive and its' just so much easier. I also think it's a better, higher quality product that you get from them. Just my feelings...
Yes! If you are cash paying a standard wheelchair is $66/mo. You can go through insurance, you'll just need a script from your doctor before we can bill your insurance. And depending on what insurance they sometimes require extra paperwork. So it just depends. But we do rent wheelchairs!
