The only reason I'm doing a 3 is because I have always really enjoyed their food, but the customer service we received last night deserves less than 1-star! We were charged wrong, our food came out wrong, my soup was damaged and half of it was in the bottom of the bag, they completely forgot to make one of our two meals, and then just stood behind the counter looking at each other's phones, and talking about snapchatting boys until the point we had to ask- ummm... where is our other sandwich? They just looked at each other, then laughed and said- Oh, I was wondering why you were still here.. I had already left to go out to the car because I was so irritated.. I get that it's great to hire teenage girls, but maybe you should always have at least ONE grownup working the night shift, eh..?

I love old grist mill. I’m worried about your employees though! We came today and it was hotter inside than outside. The employees has such good attitudes, but they were so sweaty and hot looking! No customers wanted to stay in the building. You guys gotta fix this! :)

Delicious bagels, absolutely the softest and chewiest in town. Delicious with some cream cheese. I always stop in multiple times a week for a quick breakfast. However, on this particular visit there were a lot of flies buzzing around. They were flying all over the restaurant and a few were even behind the glass with the pastries. If they got some of the light traps that plug into the wall it would quickly get rid of them.

Bread is phenomenal and ingredients are fresh--Soup is stellar and service is hit or miss. I have been coming here for years and would consistently give it 4 or 5 stars, but I got a roast beef sandwich today with 1 slice of meat on it. 1. These things used to be jam packed with meat--They raised their pricing (which is fine) but then decided to also cut down the amount of meat you get, which is a bummer because that’s the best PRt of the sandwich. Edit: response to the owner, thanks for the message! I totally understand raising prices! Biggest issue was with the lack of meat. Thank you!!
