Couldn’t raise anyone on the listed telephone number. Voicemail full. I drove over there and was able to recycle my plastic bottles and thin cardboard containers, but they didn’t take glass, which is unfortunate. Nonetheless, I’m glad to have a place to bring (some of) my recyclables.

The assistance is usually in a bad mood depending on who you get. :) Have to let that part go in order to be able to recycle anything at all. They don't even take glass anymore, last time I asked I was told they could not longer afford the machine to process it. Really? Georgetown can't *afford* it? They should have pick up recycling at the curb with the trash. I hear even little Mount Sterling does that. Keep going because there's no choice in Scott county except the landfill.
