Much better experience then the day before

Started taking our order, then stopped and took the other lane’s. Waited 10 minutes for them to actually take our order. Then for 2 cones with 2 cars ahead of us it still took another 20 minutes for us to get the order. They were NOT that busy….then they give us 2 ice cream cones without a single napkin (which we had to ask for twice)…

Not clean, food was cold, ordered no salt, got extra salt, 20 minutes to get my food, and when I talked to the manager she was rude! Both times. She should make sure when speaking about a customer in another language, that that person doesn't speak that language.

Has anyone else spent 25 minutes waiting for a meal then not getting sandwich or drink. I left with Happy meals but no sandwich or drink. 3rd time. No more chances

Never happened to me. Every experience has been quick and easy with exactly what I ordered.

I'm a truck driver and I have eating McDonald's all across the country but this one here is horrible I've been in here three times and can't get service food is cold taste old and jus bad customer service all the way around

Was it open on time today I emailed the corporate office. It was supposed to be resolved.

I waited in the drive up. I placed my order and was given the total. I waited again to get to the payment window. It was not a quick experience. I understand. After all the wait I get to the window and I am told they don't have what I ordered!

One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Open at different times everyday and always ask me to pull into parking space to bring my food out.
