New Heart Outreach

It is a shame things have gone down hill at Bailey’s. I have been a faithful customer since 2016 and they have always been good to our family. 5+ vehicles at times with various needs, spending thousands of $$. Last year my vehicle was found leaking oil from the timing chain cover. They dropped the engine and replaced the gasket. Things were great until this month, 15 months later, and suddenly it’s leaking again. I called Baileys hoping they would at least look at it and offer some sort of warranty but all Mr. Bailey would say is “12 month warranty.” He wouldn’t even work with me. Spending $1600 for this type of repair should last longer than 15 months. I only drive this vehicle 7k miles per year. Something wasn’t done correctly upon installation of the new gasket. He should stand by his work in some fashion. I recommend you take your business to a place that will treat you right. Business is all about relationships and this is not how you keep customers. My thoughts and prayers are with Mr Bailey regarding his health. But as a good neighbor, it’s necessary to warn other consumers of their lack of customer service.
