As long as you arrange it with the service institute that should be fine.
I can only speak about the service area. You wear a mask. As do the technicians and check-out staff you interact with. I've had my car in a few times during Covid, and have not had any issues.
They can try to program the keys. But if they are aftermarket keys they may not program to your car. It's a gamble. But they will still have to charge you even if they don't work.
You don't have to have oil changed at a dealership.
Just go in and talk to their staff. Everyone there is courteous and professional. Someone will take their time to help you.
