I usually find good prices at mattress firm but what always makes me to come back is the people who works there. They are very very polite, friendly and professional, (something that I don’t find everywhere and it’s very important for me).

First sales guy was not interested in helping us & just brushed us off when I showed a picture of a mattress we saw online. He glanced at my phone & said “that’s an online special, we don’t carry that in house” and walked off without giving us a second glance. Move forward to 5 minutes later when I saw the “online mattress” in the corner. Another gentleman by the name of Porter asked if he could be of assistance & we inquired about the original mattress. Long story short - Porter was not only knowledgeable, answered all of our questions but super easy going…not pushy by any means. Needless to say, we walked out with a new mattress but with pillows as well as a mattress cover. Big shout out to Porter, we wish everyone was as helpful & awesome as you!
