These are very modern apartments with nice kitchens, utility rooms, spacious bedrooms with walk in closets, spacious bathrooms, balconies with fantastic views and a storage closet off the balcony. It has a feel of country living when you are actually 5 minutes away from shopping and restaurants. It is also very quite and peaceful. They also have a 24/7 access to their workout room.

For the price you pay for rent, they should at least cut the grass. Soiled carpet in the hallways is also a problem.

I lived at Brookstone a little over a year. The office staff and maintenance are excellent! I can’t praise them enough! I enjoyed my apartment and always felt safe. The grounds are beautiful and my neighbors were friendly. Thank you to Stephany and her team for a wonderful experience at Brookstone!

Overall, I would recommend Brookstone. I lived here for almost three years with a roommate and we had a really good experience. The office staff were always very friendly/helpful. Maintenance was quick if there was ever an issue. The complex is kept clean and we always felt safe here. The apartments are spacious and the appliances were updated. I also loved the location because you are only 15 minutes away from Cincinnati but you still feel secluded away from the city. It's conveniently located just a few minutes away from a Kroger and Meijer too. The only cons to living here that I personally experienced were (1) the increase in rent prices each year and (2) loud cracking noises that could be heard through our walls when people above us would use bathrooms (some sort of issue with the pipes) that was never resolved. As for moving out, I appreciated that the staff made it a smooth and easy process for us. I would recommend living here!
