Went to this location because my thermostat and heating coil went out on my dryer. I didn't know much about this facility. A gentleman named Mark was extremely helpful in providing his assistance to me. He was very knowledgable of all the machines inside this place. He took the time out to explain from the washers and dryers to all methods of payment as well. I was also impressed by how well kept and very clean this facility was inside & outside. Mark is a huge asset to this place. If I ever have washer and/or dryer issues in the future this is definitely my "go to" spot! Thank you Mr. Mark for going out of your way in helping to assist me. I’ve been going to this laundromat for 2yrs now it’s the best! Always very clean Facility ,machines never down and clean, comfortable chairs while you wait TVs everywhere and vending!! Mark is a cool guy always helpful and friendly

I will never come here again. They converted machines from quarters to cards and horrible instructions 😔 that are written on paper to get the cards. Then the dryer still uses quarters and the card 🤔 then you swipe, and it keeps changing your card but not working. Again no instructions for dryers. When you finally get an attendant they want to explain after the fact, but won't give you back the money lost from the card after swiping to get the dryer to work. I will drive a few extra miles to get a normal laundromat experience. SMH 👎
