I bought from Eastgate because they had the best price. I will never make that mistake again. First I had a problem with the pool cover and I ended up buying a new one from someone else because they wouldn't take care of it and it was under warranty and now I have a problem with the liner coming out from under the cap and their people were the ones who installed it and they want me to pay them to fix it. I would rather pay someone else and never deal with them again. And when they put my pool in they destroyed my yard and I have spent an additional 2000.00 getting that back together. I've learned my lesson about looking at the best price. I would have been better off going somewhere else.

Customer service are rude and unprofessional. Employees use vulgarity and carry themselves poorly. Not what I’d expect from a so called professional company. Your employees should represent your company.

It is recommended that you test your pool water a few (3-5) times per week. This will familiarize you with the slight differences in colors that will tell how your water is "doing." If you would like to compare your results with ours, we have state of the art water testing equipment that provides accurate results as well as helpful information such as safe ranges and proper adjustment dosages. We are always happy to help get you on the right track. Just bring us 12-16 ounces of pool water, taken from 18-24" below the surface, and we will be able to take it from there.

When I visited a few weeks ago. All the employees were wearing masks and they had signs for customers as well. The store staff were helpful but did a great job keeping socially distant. I would have no hesitation in returning to the store if needed.
