I called to ask if i placed an order if it would be ready in time, the gentleman that answered had terrible customer service, he cut me off while i was talking multiple time, told me to just place my order online then call to request a text message confirmation... i did this and again the gentleman was terrible and asked why i called back and if i knew how to follow directions. I only chose to continue to do business here because it was something i needed in a time crunch. I left the guy a cash tip in hopes to brighten his day and turn his horrible attitude around, but i don't think i will ever return due to my experience.

Was able to engrave a rachet for a boss's gift on short notice only took an hour and staff was helpful and friendly.

Awesome experience! I went there to have a Yeti mug engraved and they did a great job. It was my first time trying this store and I am pleased with the experience. I'm sure I'll be going back.
