Install went fine. Promised easy, quick touch ups when needed, but on the first effort, botched it. It looks ugly. Mike Leary has been non-responsive. Unprofessional business. Not even close; run, don't walk from this business and anyone associated with it as not trustworthy.

If only you guys actually stood by your warranty... for over 2 years now we have been trying to get our floor fixed. We have called, sent pictures, spoken with multiple people...we are told you guys will come & fix it & guess what.. EVERYTIME you do not show. We have given more than enough opportunities...so at this point, your warranty is a sham...you do not stand by your product & do not do what you say you will. It is VERY sad & disappointing. We have a messed up floor & nobody cares enough to actually do anything about it...bad business

This review is regarding their branch which was in Sarasota, FL and has now closed. We did call the Cincinnati office and they were NO help! In April 2020 I signed a contract with this company to repair the cracks in our driveway and then put an epoxy finish on it. In May 2020 they did the work and it looked really nice for about one year. Then we noticed the cracks coming back, tire marks being left on pavement, and the finish wearing off. We called and a representative came out to look at it in November 2021. He stated that the wrong epoxy was used and the sun had worn down the finish. He scheduled a repair date with us for January 2022. He said it would look just like new. January 2022 came and went and no one showed up on the date scheduled nor did they call us back. In May of 2022, I texted them, still no response. Finally after many attempts I got a live person on the phone at the Sarasota office. Once again they scheduled a date for repair (August 15, 2022). No one showed up on the 15th and I have been trying to call each day to reach someone. The Sarasota office has a message on the phone which states: for unforeseen circumstances the office is closed. On 8/12/22, I contacted the Cincinnati office via phone and they had no idea what was going on in the Sarasota office. I paid a substantial amount of money for this driveway and I expected it to last more than one year. So I filed a complaint with the BBB. Today, 8/24/22, I received an email from the BBB that this company had gone out of business. I can certainly understand why.
