We’re scheduled for a hardwood flooring installation next week. Brian delivered a porta potty this morning to have ready for the flooring crew on Monday. Brian is a super nice man and has a great attitude. Update: 9/8/22 our flooring installation is complete so Senica picked up the porta potty today. He has a great attitude, very nice, and professional. I sure appreciated him being extra cautious when he was backing into our driveway.

Trying to get a porta port changed is like pulling teeth!!! On hold for 20 minutes, transferred 3 times just to get a voice mail!!! The one at West Alexandria ball field is filled to the rim and hasn’t been changed in almost a month! Guess we have to deal! Thanks rumke

We have been with Rumpkey ever since we moved to the the house we are in now, which will be 5 years next month. We are having issues with them skipping the road we live on in our subdivision. They get EVERYONE else in our subdivision, but they frequently skip ours. It is getting so frustrating as our pick up day is Tuesday. So my husband called this past Wednesday to let them know they missed us. The lady told him it would be 24-48 hours before they could come back to us. So we waited, and he had to call AGAIN today, (Friday) and the lady told us they’d be here today around 5. Well it is now 5:41 and still NOBODY. It’s just so frustrating when you are paying for someone to do something, and they don’t do it! Continuously!! We have a bad squirrel problem and they keep ripping into our garbage bags because they won’t come pick it up! If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. We are very angry and dissatisfied.
