This used to be a go to spot for our family. We continued to support them during the pandemic with to go orders. We had a couple of bad experiences after that have kept us away for months. The first one was our group of 7 (my husband and our children) being turned away at the door because they “couldn’t serve us” due to staffing issues. But they continued letting people in behind us in smaller groups that still would have equaled 7 people. They offered us to go but we did not want to sit and eat in our car, we came to sit and eat. Months pass and I decided to give them another shot. This time it was my husband and only 2 of our kids. No issues with being seated. The dining room looked a little rough though, and not taken care of. (New management?) Now I know that there are shortages everywhere for employees, but an eating establishment should have certain standards. Our waitress came to the table with hair that looked like it hadn’t been washed in days. We could literally see stuff all through it. Her fingernails all had dirt under them. She was overall unkempt. I almost ran out but just kept praying that she would have no contact with our food. The food wasn’t hot as usual and we had horrible service otherwise. We have not been back since. In the six plus months that have passed, I’ve missed my once a month trip there but have decided not to take a chance. I hope they fix this location, it used to be SO GOOD!!

Red Robin has been a favorite burger stop for our family for years. The menu, however, is shrinking and a lot of our favorite burgers have disappeared. The quality has declined, probably due to money-saving measures which most restaurants eventually succumb to where quality beef is swapped out for a lower grade. On this particular visit, we were quoted a 50 minute wait (party of 8) and were seated in 25 minutes. Once seated, we had to turn our flashlights on to read the menus because all of the lights above our table were burnt out. In fact, as we looked around the restaurant, there were several tables in the dark. When we asked our server about it, he responded that they had been out since he was hired. I joked that I could probably run across the parking lot to Lowes and have them replaced before my burger arrived. When our food arrived, it was cold, so we asked for a refill of fries right away. They arrived hot, but undercooked. Overall, the food was adequate, the service was adequate, the facility was sub-par. Management may not be able to control supply chain or labor issues, but should do more to maintain the facility.

Busy location, gave us a wait time of 45 minutes but more like 30. The table we sat at was dark and the tabletop (trivia/game/pay) console didn’t work. Food tasted better than it looked, burger was great, however everyone at the table added more seasoning to fries.

Our service definitely made this a 5+ star review. Timothy was excellent in making sure we were taken care of. One thing came out wrong from the kitchen and he was on it. Our food was great. The Southern Charm Burger is my go-to and it did not disappoint. They no longer have the fried Jalapeno Coins on the menu, but he arranged for those to be made for us, because they are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Keep rocking the customer service aspect Timothy and keep up the great food Red Robin. We appreciate and support you!

They give you a complimentary ice cream sundae for your birthday but definitely sign up for the Red Robin royalty rewards program. It's very worth it
