I got a 10 x 20 which in city of Carlisle is the max size unless you pour a foundation and have a driveway going to it (Good old Carlisle for you) mine has 2 windows, work bench, and lofts on both ends.. was 3400 I believe I pay monthly at I believe around 171 a month for 3 years or can pay it off at anytime or send back at anytime if I don't want it..hope this helps.. The prices vary do to all the extras you can get... give Jason a call, he is a good guy.
